Shipping & Returns SHIPPING We will ship your order to the 48 states via United States Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate of $7.95. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Your prints will be shipped to you in a protective flat mailer. GENERAL RETURNS We will accept general merchandise returns only upon prior approval. If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, please contact us for a return authorization number. Returns of unused merchandise in new condition and original packaging are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customized, sale and promotional items are not returnable. We really want you to enjoy the pieces you purchase from us. We will not send a picture to you that we would not hang in our own home. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, merchandise you buy from us can be returned within 30 days from the time you receive it for a 100% refund of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges. You must pay for return shipping and insure the package for the valued amount. We accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in return shipping. Pieces must be returned to us in the same condition as they left to qualify for refund. DAMAGED GOODS If your pictures are damaged during shipment please SAVE ALL YOUR PACKAGING MATERIALS & LABELS. Your package will have been insured, and you will need to take it to your local United States Post Office to begin the Claim Process. RETURN PROCESS Obtain a Return Authorization Number from us (as described above). Return the merchandise with all of its original packaging and materials. Pack the merchandise carefully, enclose a copy of your invoice or a letter with your full name and address, and return it to: Image One 2073 Nebraska Avenue Mt. Please obtain a tracking number and insurance on your package since we can not be responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received, it will be inspected and then the credit will be issued to your credit card. Regretfully, we are unable to accept the return for any item not returned in new and re-sellable condition.
